A Content Quality Analyst which designs and conducts measurements on content of the products, from a client perspective standard in
reference to the database for analyst. Analyzes and presents results of measurement and evaluations to the relevant sponsors/stake
holders. Communicates database and product audit results to operations teams and Specialists teams to improve content quality and
product efficiency. Coordinates any issues found through analyst/product audits for continuous improvement. Conducts root cause
analysis and employs a variety of problem solving tools & techniques to facilitate cross-functional meetings to help identify solutions.
Identifies areas for improvement across teams and locations, and design recommendations and/or training plans to mitigate issues and
delivers presentations and written reports on findings/recommendations from the audits to the relevant sponsors/stake holders.

· Gather, compile, & conduct measurements for metrics, audits, adhoc projects, other work items as per the
Content Entity Masters program requirements in accurate, complete and timely manner.
Take complete ownership of metric/project throughout the year.

· Prepare Method of Works for metric/audits specification and reports to ensure it is run in a consistent
format globally.
· Prepare metric results analysis for the Service and Quality reports such as slides, master files, scorecard
numbers & actions received every month.
· Complete review of each fields checked every month for creating SQL and VBA checks for the errors that
can be automated this includes validation checks, bulk checks through source files.
